Conference Meetings
The PCCAS Conference is normally held every other year, unless pressing issues require us to meet annually. Notice about the Conference time and location is provided by the PCCAS Secretary approximately 6 months prior to the event. Except by special invitation, Conference attendance is limited to PCCAS members in good standing. If you would like to join the PCCAS, please see the Membership page of this website. If you would like to receive notices about upcoming PCCAS Conferences, please email the Secretary with your name, organization, phone number, and email address, and the Secretary will include you in the distribution list for notifications about PCCAS Conferences.
Committee Meetings
The PCCAS Working Committees typically meet twice each year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. The Rubberized Asphalt Task Group, Emulsion Committee, and Recycling Committee usually meet on a Tuesday, and the Paving Asphalt Committee meets on the following Wednesday at the same location. Working Committee meetings are open to all interested persons, but you must come ready to be involved and work on the issues at hand! If you would like to receive notices about upcoming Committee meetings, please email the Committee Co-Chair (below) with your name, organization, phone number, and email address, and the Co-Chair will include you in the distribution list for notifications about Committee meetings.
